About the sighseeig taxi reservations
※Reservations are accepted until 6:00 PM the day before. Pick-up times are available from 10:00 AM the following day. Pick-up locations are limited to Fuji City and Fuji-shi within Fujinomiya City.
※Please note that due to limited availability of jumbo taxis, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

※Courses that include the fifth station of Mt.Fuji are available from early May to mid-November (subject to change due to snow conditions).
The road closure is scheduled to be lifted from April 26, 2024.
※There may also be cases where it is not possible to go to some of the destinations due to weather conditions, etc.

Payment Method:
Payment is accepted only via credit card. After confirming the itinerary, we will send you an invoice via email.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made after itinerary confirmation: 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of boarding time: 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.

Important Notices :
Please make sure not to be late for the start time. The course duration is calculated from the pre-arranged starting time, not from the time of your arrival.
