1. Definitions
1.1. "Content" refers to text, audio, music, images, videos, software, programs, code, and other information.
1.2. "Service Content" refers to content accessible through this service.
2. Agreement to the Terms
2.1. Customers must use this service in accordance with these Terms. Customers may not use this service unless they have provided valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms.
2.2. If the customer is a minor, they must obtain the consent of a legal guardian to use this service. If the customer uses this service on behalf of a business entity, the entity must also agree to these Terms before using the service.
2.3. By using this service, customers are deemed to have provided valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms.
2.4. If there are individual terms of use for this service, customers must comply with both these Terms and the individual terms of use.
3. Changes to the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms and individual terms of use at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted in an appropriate location on the Company's website. By continuing to use the service after changes, customers are deemed to have provided valid and irrevocable consent to the revised Terms. The Company does not individually notify customers of changes; customers are encouraged to periodically review the latest Terms and applicable individual terms of use.

5. No Emergency Call Function
This service does not provide emergency call functions to connect with police, maritime safety agencies, fire departments, or other emergency services.
6. Advertising
The Company may display advertisements of the Company or third parties within this service.
7. Services by Partner Entities
This service may include services or content provided by third-party partner entities. Responsibility for such services or content lies with the respective providers and may be subject to their terms of use or conditions.
8. Content
8.1. The Company grants customers a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use the Service Content solely for the purpose of using this service.
8.2. When using Service Content subject to specific conditions such as fees or duration, customers must comply with those conditions. Intellectual property and other rights related to the Service Content remain with the Company, and only the right to use as described above is granted to customers.
8.3. Customers may not use Service Content beyond the intended scope of the service, including copying, transmitting, redistributing, or modifying it.
8.4. Customers are responsible for backing up their posted content. The Company is not obligated to back up such content.
8.5. If the service includes features allowing multiple users to edit posted content, customers consent to other users editing their posted content.
9. Prohibited Activities
Customers must not engage in the following activities:
9.1. Violations of laws, court orders, or regulatory measures.
9.2. Activities that disrupt public order or morality.
9.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of the Company or third parties.
9.4. Posting or transmitting content that is excessively violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
9.5. Impersonation of the Company or third parties, or dissemination of false information.
9.6. Spam activities or adding users to groups without consent.
9.7. Unauthorized exchange of Content usage rights for monetary or economic benefits.
9.8. Commercial, promotional, or solicitation activities without the Company’s approval.
9.9. Providing benefits to or cooperating with anti-social forces.
9.10. Religious activities or recruitment for religious organizations.
9.11. Unlawful collection, disclosure, or provision of personal or usage information.
9.12. Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Company.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
10.1. The Company does not guarantee that the service (including its Content) is free of defects (e.g., errors, bugs, or security flaws). The Company has no obligation to remedy such defects.
10.2. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service. However, if the contract with the customer is subject to the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption does not apply.
10.3. Even under the Consumer Contract Act, the Company's liability for damages caused by ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable damages directly incurred by the customer, up to the amount of the service fee paid by the customer in the month the damage occurred.
11. Communication
11.1. Communication from the Company to customers regarding this service will be conducted via announcements on the Company’s website or other methods deemed appropriate.
11.2. Communication from customers to the Company should be made through inquiry forms or methods designated by the Company.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from or related to this service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tsu District Court or the Yokkaichi Summary Court as the court of the first instance.
