Cancellation Deadline and Fees

・Up to 7 days before the tour: No cancellation fee.

・2–6 days before the tour: 20% cancellation fee.

・1 day before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.

・On the day of the tour, after the start, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather or Natural Disasters

In the case of bad weather or natural disasters (force majeure), a full refund or an alternative date can be arranged. If you notify us in advance, no rebooking fee will be charged.

Taxi Vehicle Changes

If you wish to change the vehicle, please confirm with us in advance. Even if the change is possible, additional fees may apply.

Late Arrival for Pickup

If you are late for the scheduled pickup time, the planned service may not be provided. In this case, the cancellation policy fees will still apply.

Reservation Changes

Changes to the reservation can be made free of charge if notified at least 3 days before the scheduled departure. After that, a fee may apply for any changes.

Special Circumstances

In case of special circumstances that require a cancellation or change, we will handle the situation flexibly in consultation with the customer.

Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel, please make sure to proceed with the cancellation through your My Page to avoid any issues. Once the cancellation procedure is completed on My Page, your cancellation will be confirmed.
